Under the auspices of His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate, the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church hosted “An Introduction to ADAA – Celebrating Armenian Victory and Creativity,” on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at the Diocesan headquarters in Burbank. More than 200 people attended the event, emceed by Jill Simonian and featuring well-known Armenian actors such as Michael Goorjian, Anoush NeVart, Ludwig Manukian, Adriana Sevan Nichols and Magda Harout. ADAA was featured in a series of performances and speakers, all highlighting the important work of this organization. ADAA’s mission is to project the Armenian voice on a world stage through the arts of theater and film. The event sponsors were Dr. and Mrs. Lena and Simon Simonian.
